  5. Asset based (min 500 fico)

  6. Rates start at 7.99

  7. Can qualify for 100% rehab financing

Note:

Most lenders claim “no credit check” but they can pull your credit. When using Hard money it will not make or break your deal but just be mindful

BWealthy Inc. doesn't require upfront fees for real estate as we are a consulting company, but do require a success fee on funded transactions. Subject for up to 3.5% brokering fee. Upon qualification you will be given an agreement. Every borrower receives Checklist and a 1003 Application.
